Responsibilities include contributing to architecture discussions, performing code reviews, and delivering production-ready code.
The team works with large language models (LLMs) to create features like AI-driven chat interfaces and smart logic for auditing insurance estimates.
Key tasks include expanding platform offerings, breaking down APIs for performance, improving tech stack and infrastructure, and collaborating with other teams.
The position requires participation in an agile environment, including weekly stand-ups and retrospectives, and mentoring junior developers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of full-stack web development experience.
At least 2 years of experience working with relational databases is necessary.
Exposure to front-end technologies and the ability to contribute across the stack is required.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are essential.
Candidates should possess strong technical communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Demonstrated experience in solving scalability challenges and discussing them in depth is required.
A curious and proactive approach to understanding systems and tools beyond surface-level frameworks is expected.
Willingness to gain expertise in at least one technical area is necessary.
