Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field is required.
  • Candidates must have 5+ years of full-stack web development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with relational databases is necessary.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies and the ability to contribute across the stack is required.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Candidates should possess strong technical communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving scalability challenges and discussing them in depth is required.
  • A curious and proactive approach to understanding systems and tools beyond surface-level frameworks is expected.
  • Willingness to gain expertise in at least one technical area is necessary.
  • A clear understanding of the product and business context behind their work is important.
