Requirements:

• You must have 10+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally in a SaaS or infrastructure context.
• A deep understanding of modern software engineering, performance tuning, and distributed systems is required.
• You should be comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js and/or Golang, and familiarity with cloud-native tools (AWS is a plus) is necessary.
• Experience with NestJS or Terraform is considered a bonus.
• You must write clean, maintainable code and advocate for simplicity in design.
• A delivery mindset is essential, knowing how to balance speed with quality.
• Mentorship skills are important, as you will help others level up through feedback and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills are required to explain technical topics clearly to both the team and stakeholders.
