Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of Software Development experience in a SaaS environment.
Experience in leading technical projects with a customer-focused mindset is essential.
A deep understanding of B2B application requirements, including reliability, scalability, and usability, is required.
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and experience in developing inclusive web applications is necessary.
Experience mentoring junior software engineers is expected.
Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Test Driven Development, Distributed Systems, and API design is required.
A desire to create elegant, scalable, and maintainable tools and solutions is important.
Familiarity with primary technologies such as React, TypeScript (or similar), and PostgreSQL is needed.
