Description:

Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver financial products.
Write clear, concise, and well-tested code while taking ownership of major initiatives.

Create execution plans for complex challenges and monitor post-launch initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building production web applications, especially with Python/Django (Ruby/Rails is a plus).
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Frontend experience with React and TypeScript; GraphQL/Apollo is a plus.
Experience with third-party financial or payroll APIs and data modeling.
Familiarity with observability tools and performance optimization.
Ability to write clear technical documentation.
Occasional on-call requirement outside standard hours.
