Remote Senior Software Engineer - Web App & DevEx

Description:

• Build and evolve systems and APIs for Runware’s Web App and Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers, Product, Design, and other teams to create reliable APIs and functionality.
• Take ownership of backend work from requirements to delivery, ensuring quality and reliability.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in building backend systems and APIs.
• Proficient in one or more backend programming languages, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with reliable, maintainable, and well-tested production systems.
• Good understanding of API design, asynchronous workloads, and distributed systems.
• Strong fundamentals in security, reliability, and performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Strong ownership and autonomy in decision-making.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality.
• Nice to have: Experience with PHP, Symfony, WebSockets, public APIs, usage-based billing, and mentoring.
