Description:

Design, implement, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following coding standards and best practices.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure reliability and accessibility of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to the product roadmap.
Investigate and resolve user-reported issues promptly.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Evaluate and integrate emerging web technologies to optimize performance and scalability.
Oversee deployment and maintenance processes for high availability in production environments.
Lead software development and product engineering, mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience.
3 years of experience designing and implementing highly interactive, accessible web applications for global audiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
3 years of experience collaborating with product management, UX/UI design, and other stakeholders.
3 years of experience in security, privacy, and accessibility standards in software development.
3 years of experience managing technical debt and enhancing software stability and scalability.
2 years of experience providing technical mentorship and architectural leadership to engineering teams.

Partial telecommuting permitted; on-site work in New York, NY when not remote.
Salary range: $189,592 - $230,000 per year, influenced by experience and market considerations.
