The position offers a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 per year.
Requirements:
Candidates must have expert-level knowledge in object-oriented programming and patterns.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in building scalable Ruby on Rails applications is required.
At least 3+ years of experience in relational database design and support at scale is necessary.
The ability to break down complex requirements into manageable units of work is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate the aptitude to proactively manage project development and tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to work in an agile environment (CI/CD) are necessary.
