• The position offers a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 per year.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have expert-level knowledge in object-oriented programming and patterns.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in building scalable Ruby on Rails applications is required.
• At least 3+ years of experience in relational database design and support at scale is necessary.
• The ability to break down complex requirements into manageable units of work is essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate the aptitude to proactively manage project development and tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to work in an agile environment (CI/CD) are necessary.
• Candidates should be able to balance development responsibilities with technical mentorship.
