The company is seeking a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to join their customer-facing professional services team in the US.
The role involves driving complex software implementation projects, leading scoping workshops, designing integration solutions, and hands-on data mapping and configuration.
The consultant will work on 1-2 enterprise customer projects at a time, leading workshops, collaborating with business units, and delivering comprehensive product demos.
Responsibilities include running onsite UAT sessions, preparing customer training, and providing technical guidance to the team.
The position requires travel to customer sites, with an expectation of a few days of travel each quarter.
The ideal candidate will have a start-up mindset and be prepared to collaborate in growing the business and building its reputation in the US.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a blend of soft and technical skills to analyze business needs effectively.
Significant experience working with large global enterprises, including accountancy and professional services firms, is required.
Hands-on experience in configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP systems is essential, including knowledge of ADF, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript.
Strong customer-facing skills are necessary to guide clients through business changes.
A consultative attitude and experience in a Business Analyst role are preferred.
Candidates should be able to contextualize customer pain points and apply Dayshape to improve business efficiencies.
A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving is required.
Experience mentoring less experienced team members and the ability to deputize for a Project Manager are important.
Candidates should be ready to contribute from day one.
Benefits:
The starting salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
Employees receive 31 days of holiday per year, increasing by one day each year to a maximum of 38 days.
