  • The company is seeking a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to join their customer-facing professional services team in the US.
  • The role involves driving complex software implementation projects, leading scoping workshops, designing integration solutions, and hands-on data mapping and configuration.
  • The consultant will work on 1-2 enterprise customer projects at a time, leading workshops, collaborating with business units, and delivering comprehensive product demos.
  • Responsibilities include running onsite UAT sessions, preparing customer training, and providing technical guidance to the team.
  • The position requires travel to customer sites, with an expectation of a few days of travel each quarter.
  • The ideal candidate will have a start-up mindset and be prepared to collaborate in growing the business and building its reputation in the US.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a blend of soft and technical skills to analyze business needs effectively.
  • Significant experience working with large global enterprises, including accountancy and professional services firms, is required.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP systems is essential, including knowledge of ADF, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Strong customer-facing skills are necessary to guide clients through business changes.
  • A consultative attitude and experience in a Business Analyst role are preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to contextualize customer pain points and apply Dayshape to improve business efficiencies.
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving is required.
  • Experience mentoring less experienced team members and the ability to deputize for a Project Manager are important.
  • Candidates should be ready to contribute from day one.

Benefits:

  • The starting salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
