Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Licensing, Renewals, Sales Operations, or related areas.
  • Strong customer relationship management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
