Description:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Develop automated tests for API, UI, and database validation.
- Create reusable automation architecture and validate data integrity.
- Execute performance and load tests using tools like JMeter and k6.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and investigate automation failures.
- Define test coverage and contribute to test strategy across teams.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional QA/testing experience with a focus on automation.
- Proven experience in building or significantly rebuilding automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with API automation (REST Assured, Karate, pytest).
- Experience with UI automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and database testing.
- Practical experience with performance/load testing tools.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of test automation architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
