Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years in a presales role presenting to C and V level prospects.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on CX, call center, IVR, or related technologies is necessary.
Strong technical acumen is essential, with the ability to design solutions and integrate complex systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with a proven ability to engage and persuade both technical and business audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a consultative approach to addressing customer needs, are important.
Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
A willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, tradeshows, and corporate events is required.
Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $200,000 a year, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
