  • As a Senior Solution Architect, you will drive quality and scalable solution designs for customer implementations.
  • You will need a strong understanding of business challenges related to customer engagement, AI/ML, and customer experience automation.
  • Responsibilities include creating complex workflows, writing technical documentation, establishing best practices, and providing technical oversight on customer engagements.
  • You will lead scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, and ensure solutions meet standards.
  • The role requires understanding customer business requirements and designing scalable end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
  • You must have 10+ years of experience designing technical solutions for cloud applications.
  • Experience in software development is necessary.
  • You should have experience architecting end-to-end technical solutions that balance customer needs, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Python, HTML, CSS, MJML, and Javascript is required.
  • Hands-on experience in developing, integrating, unit testing, and documenting REST APIs using tools like Postman and Playwright is essential.
  • You must be diligent in Agile delivery and have strong knowledge of software platforms/frameworks like Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and MS Dynamics 365.
  • Extensive experience with Contact Center technologies and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is required.
  • You should have proficiency in Data Warehousing concepts and analytics tools.
  • A strong understanding of data governance and compliance considerations in marketing contexts is necessary.
  • Experience designing AI/ML-enabled customer experiences is required.
  • Familiarity with various machine learning model types and cloud-native solution design principles is essential.
  • An AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification or equivalent is required.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • A customer-first behavior and a passion for technology in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment are essential.
  • Flexibility to operate effectively with uncertainty and change is required.
  • 50-75% travel is required for this position.

Benefits:

  • The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000, plus bonus and equity, with variations based on skills and experience.
