Description:
- RapidSOS seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to develop optimized solutions for life-saving technology, contributing to emergency response.
- The role involves leading technical sales processes, creating demos, and advising clients on using RapidSOS’s APIs and products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (implementation or sales engineering).
- Proficient in programming (Python preferred) and familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills to translate client needs into technical solutions and build trusted relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Benefits:
