Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices.
• The mission is to use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease.
• The role is for a Senior Solutions Engineer who has experience with complex, API-first products and can independently conduct detailed technical conversations with startup and enterprise engineering teams.
• Responsibilities include leading pre and post-sales technical calls, onboarding customers through integration, owning technical collateral, and translating recurring customer blockers into structured feedback for Product and Engineering.
• The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 plus equity, reflecting a range of skills and levels.
• The position is fully remote, but candidates must be located in the EST timezone.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have worked as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer on a technical B2B product.
• Experience supporting an API-first platform and the ability to explain authentication, access control, architecture, and integration trade-offs is required.
• Candidates should have independently led technical pre-sales conversations with both startup and enterprise customers.
• Experience selling to engineering-heavy buyers is necessary.
• Candidates must have been the primary technical contact through evaluation and early integration.
• Experience onboarding customers from kickoff through implementation and production launch is required.
• Candidates should have handled security and compliance work with customers, including questionnaires and reviews (HIPAA, SOC 2, BAAs).
• The ability to troubleshoot integration issues live with customer engineering teams is essential.
• Candidates must have created and maintained technical documentation and collateral used in sales and onboarding.
