  • The Senior Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer will provide exemplary pre-sales support to the sales team, focusing on territory and enterprise accounts.
  • This role involves driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within the assigned territory and meeting or exceeding all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals.
  • The position will organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospects in the ASEAN region.

Requirements:

  • A BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
  • Candidates must have security analytics experience.
  • At least two years of experience as a field system engineer or consultant is necessary.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the software industry as a field system engineer is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of general networking concepts and Linux is essential.
  • A strong understanding of security and information event management (SIEM) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ArcSight, SPLUNK, Net Witness, QRadar, and McAfee SIEM is necessary.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Perl is required.
  • Candidates must be confident in front of customers and audiences.
  • A passion for sales and technology, with a desire to grow a sales engineering career, is essential.
  • Candidates should be coachable and able to take training and feedback positively.
  • A self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic are required.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong presentation skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations is required.
  • The ability to proactively drive Strategic and Enterprise account opportunities within key territory accounts is necessary.
  • This position is based in Singapore and is not eligible for employment pass or visa sponsorship.
