Description:

  • Lead a new DevOps practice within the Conversational AI team at ServiceNow.
  • Own the build, deployment, and reliability of systems behind ServiceNow Otto, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and operational tooling.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and Generative AI.
