Description:

  • Join ServiceNow's AI Engineering and Delivery team to build agentic AI systems and enterprise-scale search systems.
  • Design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems that enhance workflows and decision-making for Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and operating agentic systems in production, including multi-agent orchestration and failure recovery.
  • Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Go, Java, or C++ is a plus.
  • Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) and familiarity with RAG and retrieval patterns.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring in production AI practices.
