Senior Staff Engineer role focused on CRM Salesforce (Loyalty Cloud) at Nagarro, a global Digital Product Engineering company.
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Requirements:

8+ years of total experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud and Loyalty Cloud.
Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative development.
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Salesforce APIs for integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are advantageous.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
