Description:
- Design and build foundational ML systems for content understanding, safety, policy enforcement, and decision-making at Spotify.
- Shape the architecture and technical strategy for content evaluation and management at global scale.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in designing and building production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Deep knowledge of modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience or strong interest in multimodal machine learning (text, audio, image, video).
- Ability to tackle complex technical problems with significant product impact.
- Strong communication skills and experience in mentoring and influencing teams.
