Remote Senior Staff Machine Learning Systems Engineer, Ads ML Platform

Description:

• Lead the technical strategy for the end-to-end Ads ML engineer lifecycle, focusing on feature development and training iteration.
• Build infrastructure that accelerates high-scale ML systems and tooling for Ads ML, enhancing development velocity for ML engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, distributed systems, ML platforms, or large-scale backend systems.
• 4+ years of experience in production ML infrastructure, feature platforms, or large-scale data pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team platform initiatives and build platforms for ML engineers or data scientists.
• Experience with distributed data and compute systems such as Spark, Flink, Kafka, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong technical reasoning and ability to influence senior engineers and leaders.
