• Join Waabi as a Senior/Staff Research Engineer focused on Generative AI Deployment.
• Own the transition from research to production for neural and generative models powering Waabi World, a multi-sensor simulator.
• Collaborate with research teams on various models and ensure they are production-ready, efficient, and trustworthy.

Requirements:

• Experience in shipping production-quality software and ML systems at scale.
• Proficiency in model optimization and deployment, including tools like TensorRT, ONNX, and quantization techniques.
• Strong understanding of GPU performance profiling and CUDA programming.
• Familiarity with modern ML architectures, including vision transformers and diffusion models.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure for launching and debugging GPU jobs (AWS, GCP, etc.).
