Requirements:
A University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with approximately 15+ years of experience; candidates with a Master's or PhD may be considered with less experience.
Proven leadership experience at the Senior Staff or Architect level, successfully leading complex, high-impact projects across multiple teams.
Experience in shaping and driving technical strategy, participating in long-term vision planning and roadmap development.
Ability to drive architectural decisions and technology selection, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Proven experience in establishing best practices and maintaining high engineering standards across teams.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in large-scale system design focusing on scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
Hands-on technical leadership experience, balancing architectural vision with practical delivery.
Familiarity with modern architectural approaches and comfort working across a multi-language environment.

The annual salary range for this role is $185,300 to $301,100, with most new hires starting at $220,100.
