Requirements:

  • Experience in shaping and driving technical strategy, participating in long-term vision planning and roadmap development.
  • Ability to drive architectural decisions and technology selection, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Proven experience in establishing best practices and maintaining high engineering standards across teams.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in large-scale system design focusing on scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
  • Hands-on technical leadership experience, balancing architectural vision with practical delivery.
  • Familiarity with modern architectural approaches and comfort working across a multi-language environment.
