Description:
- Senior technical leader on the bioinformatics pipeline team at DELFI Diagnostics, focusing on software and cloud architecture.
- Contribute to long-term technical direction and architectural decisions, partnering across various teams to translate strategy into executable plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field; 10+ years of experience for BS, 8+ for MS, 5+ for Ph.D.
- Excellent communication skills, exposure to life sciences, experience in setting technical strategy, advanced cloud computing knowledge, expertise in Python and a compiled language, strong software design skills, and command of agile practices.
