Description:

• Lead the frontend architectural vision for Matillion's React-powered platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Own the Design System strategy and micro-frontend architecture, promoting consistency and modularity.
• Champion an agentic development culture by integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align frontend strategy with the Maia platform roadmap.

Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript, including component architecture and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in leading significant frontend projects in a SaaS environment, including Design Systems and micro-frontends.
• Proficiency in agentic development with AI tools integrated into daily workflows.
• Strong experience in designing modular, testable frontend systems with a focus on security best practices.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing organizational decisions and balancing maintainability with delivery speed.
