The Guest Acquisition team focuses on building an AI-powered platform to attract consumer demand for restaurant customers through SEO and AEO/GEO strategies.

Requirements:

Strong technical leadership with the ability to drive multi-quarter initiatives from design to launch.
Familiarity with SEO systems at scale, including crawling, indexing, and content generation.
Data-driven mindset with experience in defining success metrics and running controlled experiments.
Proven operational excellence in building reliable pipelines and services.
Systems thinking across the stack to design durable architectures.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions.

Estimated starting base salary range of $240K-260K plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
