Requirements:

Experience building backend systems with expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Proven track record in architecting large-scale, distributed systems.
Mastery of REST, gRPC, asynchronous messaging systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Strong mentorship and leadership skills.
