Description:
- ModernFi is seeking a Senior/Staff Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to build and shape the foundation of their platform.
- The role involves significant ownership of critical systems, contributing to products that enhance financial health for banks and credit unions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in infrastructure, platform, or reliability-focused roles.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi, Terraform), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong security mindset with familiarity in compliance frameworks and security best practices.
- Experience with observability tools and setting monitoring standards.
- Ability to own systems end-to-end and work effectively in fast-paced engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy and integrity.
