Candidates must have hands-on experience with Golang and the Ethereum developer tooling ecosystem, including tools like Kurtosis, Hardhat, and Foundry.
Operational experience with Kubernetes and public cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS is required.
A track record of collaborating with developers to create impactful developer tools that enhance developer velocity is essential, demonstrating strong developer empathy.
Prior experience in the Web3 space with exposure to protocol development is necessary.
Candidates should exhibit high agency, ownership, and pragmatism, with the ability to drive impactful results.
The ability to balance strategic and execution-focused contributions in a dynamic environment is also required.
