• Candidates must have hands-on experience with Golang and the Ethereum developer tooling ecosystem, including tools like Kurtosis, Hardhat, and Foundry.
• Operational experience with Kubernetes and public cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS is required.
• A track record of collaborating with developers to create impactful developer tools that enhance developer velocity is essential, demonstrating strong developer empathy.
• Prior experience in the Web3 space with exposure to protocol development is necessary.
• Candidates should exhibit high agency, ownership, and pragmatism, with the ability to drive impactful results.
• The ability to balance strategic and execution-focused contributions in a dynamic environment is also required.
