Description:

  • Design, build, and operate voice AI agents that interpret caller intent and act on their behalf.
  • Work across the full lifecycle of voice applications, from shaping call flows to automated evaluation of performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in deploying AI solutions.
  • Proven track record in building production voice applications and authoring agentic instructions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong skills in software engineering fundamentals, AI-native voice application development, and telephony platform expertise.
