Description:

Ensure stable operation of DLA’s computer software systems and network connections.
Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize network software and communication links.
Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues.
Provide end user training and recommendations on technology direction.
Support local and remote maintenance for operational systems across multiple locations.
Perform vulnerability management and apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking.

Requirements:

7 years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with 6 years specialized in various disciplines.
4 years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining software.
Experience developing executive level presentations for senior management.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools, preferably Qlik or Power BI.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience as a systems administrator with expertise in Corporate Performance Management Platform.
Clearance: Secret; IA Level: IAT II; 81401-M Baseline Certification required.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
