Requirements:

7+ years of systems, infrastructure, or data-centre experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, VMware, and Dell/Supermicro servers.
Proven troubleshooting skills in server and virtualisation environments.
Strong customer-facing experience in technical support or infrastructure operations.
Good understanding of networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
Strong spoken and written English.
Reliable, organised, and able to take ownership of issues.
