Description:

Responsible for customer infrastructures, both remotely and on-site.
Focus on Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, with migration expertise.
Involvement in planning, operating, and developing hybrid IT environments (On-Prem, Private & Public Cloud).
Conduct technical analyses and troubleshooting at 3rd-level support.
Design and implement projects such as migrations, system renewals, or security initiatives.
Contribute to the development of technology, processes, quality, and customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure operations across multiple company environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, and security.
Experience with migrations, customer projects, and presales situations; ability to capture and translate requirements.
Independent working style, pragmatic approach, and professional demeanor with clients.
Proficient in German and solid English skills.
