Description:
- Support successful sales engagements by providing advanced technical expertise across MCG’s products and platform.
- Serve as a liaison between customer technical stakeholders and MCG’s Product, Engineering, Security, and Implementation teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical integrations, architecture, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow integration in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, API-driven integrations, and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
