Description:

• As we scale globally and launch our mobile apps, clear, human-centered UX writing becomes mission-critical.
• The Senior UX Writer will craft copy that guides, empowers, and inspires users across web and mobile.
• This role involves owning the voice of the product and working across key product verticals, including onboarding, PvP flows, tournament creation, staking, rewards, and team dynamics.
• The writer will collaborate with product designers, PMs, and engineers to ship copy that is clear, concise, consistent, and emotionally resonant, especially for new Web3 users unfamiliar with tokens, wallets, or smart contracts.
• Key responsibilities include writing product copy, conducting user research, creating content systems, and utilizing AI-powered content operations.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product copywriting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Native-level or fluent English writing skills are required, with a strong grasp of grammar, nuance, clarity, and emotional tone.
• Experience writing UX content for mobile-first platforms or consumer-facing apps is essential.
• The ability to simplify complex topics, such as Web3 concepts, for first-time users is necessary.
• Candidates should be skilled in using design tools like Figma and Notion to review and place content in context.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
• An ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in fast-paced teams are essential.
