Description:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Drive collaborative team efforts, mentoring, and ensuring quality in project outcomes with a focus on AI and agentic capabilities.
Requirements:
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform with a focus on AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist, AI Agents).
- Strong development skills, including scripting for AI configuration and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow AI with third-party tools and data platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
