Description:

  • Seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, security, governance, and ongoing administration of the ServiceNow platform for a Department of Veterans Affairs program.
  • Key responsibilities include establishing platform standards, managing configurations, ensuring security compliance, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a secure and stable environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of system administration experience, with 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configurations, upgrades, governance models, and federal cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and program teams.
