Description:
- Work within Cloud Operations to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of IFS Cloud services.
- Lead event, incident, case, and problem management, ensuring service availability and performance through collaboration with various teams.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of IFS products and architecture, capable of resolving medium-complexity issues independently.
- Proficient in cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), Docker, container orchestration, and administration of Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
- Familiar with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and database management (Oracle DB, MS SQL Server).
- Fluent in English and Japanese, with a good understanding of ITIL and knowledge management tools.
