Description:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot the running platform, including Cloud Run logs, Temporal workflow UI, GKE pod status, and Pub/Sub queues.
  • Triage issues across various components: agent (Python), workflow (Temporal), API (Go), or UI (Vue).
  • Handle paralegal-facing issues such as stuck cases, failed faxes, and pending qualifications.
  • Write runbooks and escalation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Go microservices, Python, and Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with GCP services including AlloyDB, Cloud Run, GKE, and Pub/Sub.
  • Comfortable with SQL against AlloyDB.
  • Background in legal ops or litigation support is a bonus.
