Description:

Join Source.dev as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to enhance the resilience and speed of our software development platform.
Work on distributed systems design, high-throughput infrastructure, optimization strategies, operational excellence, and developer-centric tooling.

Requirements:

Strong programming foundation with experience in Python, C++, Java, or similar modern languages; Rust experience is a plus but not required.
Deep practical mastery of AWS, including compute, networking, storage, and IAM.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, and a background in SRE or Production Engineering.
Proficiency in Kubernetes and EKS for managing containerized workloads.
Ability to balance performance, scalability, and cost in system design.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
