Remote Smart Contract Engineer

Description:

• Veda is a DeFi engine powering financial apps for on-chain yield products.
• The Smart Contract Engineer will contribute to Solidity engineering, focusing on architecture, delivery, and security for on-chain code.
• The role involves maintaining high security and reliability standards for contracts with significant TVL.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2-3+ years of production Solidity experience (ERC-20/4626, custom libraries, proxy & upgrade patterns).
• Proven track record of maintaining a contract suite without critical incidents.
• Knowledge of EVM internals, gas optimization, and common smart-contract exploits.
• Proficiency with Foundry and/or Hardhat.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
