Description:

  • Seeking a Software Architect to support the development of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Cloud-Native training environment.
  • Role involves systems of systems design and a solid DevOps background, with opportunities for skill development in Cloud-Native architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or a recognized College Technical Diploma.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience as a Software Developer, with at least 4 years as a Software Architect.
  • Experience in deriving functional requirements, designing and developing complex software systems, and working in Microsoft and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Must hold or be eligible for Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government Security clearance.
