Description:

  • Seeking a technical leader to define architecture for new product innovations and design integrations between NICE CXone and Brand Embassy products.
  • Responsible for setting technical direction, collaborating with development teams, and proposing long-term improvements to system quality and architecture.
  • Work primarily with PHP and JavaScript, and contribute to AI adoption within products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in PHP and JavaScript.
  • Experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, EC2, SQS, Kinesis, etc.), OpenSearch, CI/CD pipelines, DDD, clean architecture, and microservices.
