Description:
- Join Mapbox as a Software Development Engineer III on the Maps API team, responsible for developing and maintaining mapping tools and infrastructure.
- Work on high-traffic APIs and distributed ETL pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability for billions of requests daily.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in building scalable, high-volume, low-latency backend services.
- Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and AWS services (CDK, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
- Experience with mapping and geospatial products, and familiarity with GitHub.
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to mentor and collaborate with diverse teams.
