Description:
- Join Mapbox as a Software Development Engineer III on the Incidents team, focusing on real-time navigation solutions.
- Develop and deliver systems for incident lifecycle management, including data ingestion, validation, and strategic delivery.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in building scalable, high-volume, low-latency backend services.
- 3+ years of experience with data pipelines handling petabytes of data.
- Proficiency in GenAI and LLMs for processing unstructured data.
- Experience with search and ranking systems using semantic search techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools: Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, AWS, GitHub.
- Strong analytical skills and a high-quality mindset in software development.
