Ten Mile Square Technologies is seeking a talented Software Engineer in Test (SDET) who is passionate about technology to join their team.
The initial assignment will involve developing a loan origination system for a financial services enterprise.
The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced team leads and have opportunities to learn new technologies while refining their skills.
The salary for this position is $149,500, which includes a base salary of $130,000 and a standard bonus of $19,500.
Responsibilities include leading test automation efforts, collaborating with other SDETs, designing test plans, creating automated tests, developing a performance testing framework, directing junior test engineers, working with the product team, contributing to Agile practices, and maintaining client confidentiality.
Requirements:
Candidates must be experts in software development and have high proficiency with TypeScript.
An expert in automated testing is required, along with working knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with at least one common frontend JavaScript framework, preferably Angular, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with at least one end-to-end testing framework and familiarity with tools like Selenium or Cypress.
Implementation experience with a load testing framework is required, with exposure to K6 or JMeter preferred.
Experience testing both backend and frontend components is essential, along with full software lifecycle participation.
Proficiency in Linux command line is required.
Candidates should demonstrate passion for their work, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, attention to detail, high integrity, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
