Description:

  • Join Rescale as a Software Engineer, AI Systems to build Data Intelligence and Agentic AI platforms.
  • Work on production agents, retrieval, evals, ingestion pipelines, and data services connecting customer environments, cloud storage, and compute clusters.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in backend services and distributed systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Production experience with agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evals.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in data-intensive systems.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous goals into actionable plans and make architectural decisions.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
