Description:
- Join Swarm Aero to define and own the autonomy architecture for the largest drone swarm in the world.
- Set architectural direction for perception, planning, and control systems for autonomous vehicles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in autonomy software at a major aerospace company or autonomous vehicle program.
- Proven track record of owning architecture for a shipped autonomous system.
- Deep expertise in at least one systems language (C/C++, Rust, or Go).
- Experience with frontier autonomy systems, including vision-language-action models and multi-agent coordination.
