Description:

Seeking a Software Engineer to build and maintain internal tools, automate workflows, and set technical best practices for the legal department.
Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys collaborating with technical and non-technical partners.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Expert in C++, C, Java, Hack, or equivalent non-pythonic language (Java and PHP preferred).
Expert in Python and experience with command-line interfaces and shell scripts in Unix/Linux.
Strong collaboration skills and experience leading cross-functional efforts.
Experience serving as a technical liaison and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with QA testing, organization, and documentation.
Experience developing monitoring & alerting systems and fixing issues as they arise.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fully remote position with a slight preference for candidates based on the West Coast.
Opportunity to occasionally work in the SF office.
