In this key role, you will drive software projects from architecture to production.
The team requires flexible developers to work across the stack and with various technologies.
You will ship well-engineered, beautiful software and design robust, scalable software solutions across Linux-based hardware products and cloud infrastructure.
You will take full ownership of complex technical areas and proactively improve them without needing constant direction or oversight.
Requirements:
A BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
You must have 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
A proven track record of owning high-impact projects at a small company or startup, especially in fast-moving or resource-constrained environments, is necessary.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in your day-to-day development process is required, along with examples of how they've enhanced your productivity or code quality.
A deep appreciation for craft and consumer products is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience working with cloud technologies and managing infrastructure is necessary.
You must have experience managing AWS services.
Proficiency in Javascript, Node.js, Python, and Rust is required.
