Description:

  • Join Factory's founding Federal team to build and evolve AI systems for government software organizations.
  • Work with federal agencies to deploy the Factory Platform in secure environments, enhancing productivity and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • Proficiency with LLMs and AI/ML techniques for solving complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, FedRAMP) is desirable.
